This September has been an exciting and eventful month for our teams, marking both the official inauguration of our new factory in Rang-du-Fliers and several family days at our sites.

✂️ Official inauguration of our new factory

On Friday, September 12, we had the honor of officially inaugurating our new factory in Rang-du-Fliers, in the presence of Mohamed Chakroun, our Group Operations Director, who performed the traditional ribbon cutting ceremony.

Elected officials from the department and region were also present to see our activities firsthand and visit our new facilities, where our teams have now been working for a year and a half.

After the ribbon-cutting ceremony at the reception area, guests were given a full tour of the building before attending several speeches delivered at the heart of the factory, in the presence of all employees. The morning concluded with a convivial cocktail reception.

This event has special significance: it symbolizes not only the completion of an ambitious collective project, our new factory, but also a new stage in our development: the rollout of our new brand, EXALTA, recently unveiled to local government representatives and partners in attendance.

The next day, Saturday, September 13, it's Family Day!
Our employees and their families were able to discover this brand-new factory and the new brand identity for themselves, in a spirit of conviviality and sharing.

On the agenda:

• Factory tour,

• R&D workshop,

• Photo booth and cornhole games (a nod to our American colleagues),

• And for the meal, the food truck “Les Barjots” from Rang-du-Fliers was there!
  

This day was also an opportunity to honor our most inspiring employees: those with more than 20 years of service. A ceremony was held in the afternoon, during which Laurent Pruvost and Olivier Wolber presented each of them with a diploma and a symbolic gift. It was a powerful moment, filled with emotion and collective pride.

Our employees also received their new EXALTA goodies, symbolizing this new era for the company. Everyone enjoyed this warm and welcoming day, which gave them a different perspective on the factory in a relaxed, family atmosphere.

🤝 Family day in Châtellerault

On Saturday, September 27, it was the Châtellerault site's turn to open its doors for a family morning. Our employees' loved ones were able to visit the facility, discover their working environment, and chat over coffee and small workshops showcasing our instruments and expertise.

A great way to strengthen ties between teams and promote our professions, which are often unknown to the general public.
