After the ribbon-cutting ceremony at the reception area, guests were given a full tour of the building before attending several speeches delivered at the heart of the factory, in the presence of all employees. The morning concluded with a convivial cocktail reception. - ![Image (12)](https://peopleblog.intech-medical.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Image%20(12).jpeg?width=1600&height=1200&name=Image%20(12).jpeg) - ![WhatsApp Image 2025-09-15 à 14.14.41_de5786b5](https://peopleblog.intech-medical.com/hs-fs/hubfs/WhatsApp%20Image%202025-09-15%20%C3%A0%2014.14.41_de5786b5.jpg?width=2048&height=1536&name=WhatsApp%20Image%202025-09-15%20%C3%A0%2014.14.41_de5786b5.jpg) - ![Image (11)](https://peopleblog.intech-medical.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Image%20(11).jpeg?width=1600&height=1200&name=Image%20(11).jpeg) - ![WhatsApp Image 2025-09-15 à 14.14.41_e23682ee](https://peopleblog.intech-medical.com/hs-fs/hubfs/WhatsApp%20Image%202025-09-15%20%C3%A0%2014.14.41_e23682ee.jpg?width=2048&height=1536&name=WhatsApp%20Image%202025-09-15%20%C3%A0%2014.14.41_e23682ee.jpg) This event has special significance: it symbolizes not only the completion of an ambitious collective project, our new factory, but also a new stage in our development: the rollout of our new brand, [EXALTA](https://exalta.com/), recently unveiled to local government representatives and partners in attendance.  [Know More!](https://peopleblog.intech-medical.com/new-hq?hsLang=en) # 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family day Rang-du-Fliers The next day, Saturday, September 13, it's Family Day! Our employees and their families were able to discover this brand-new factory and the new brand identity for themselves, in a spirit of conviviality and sharing. On the agenda: - **Factory tour,** - R&D workshop, - Photo booth and cornhole games (a nod to our American colleagues), - And for the meal, the food truck “Les Barjots” from Rang-du-Fliers was there! ![WhatsApp Image 2025-09-15 à 14.14.40_9ac59e34](https://22614527.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/22614527/hubfs/WhatsApp%20Image%202025-09-15%20%C3%A0%2014.14.40_9ac59e34.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=WhatsApp%20Image%202025-09-15%20%C3%A0%2014.14.40_9ac59e34.jpg) ![WhatsApp Image 2025-09-15 à 14.14.41_cd422594](https://22614527.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/22614527/hubfs/WhatsApp%20Image%202025-09-15%20%C3%A0%2014.14.41_cd422594.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=WhatsApp%20Image%202025-09-15%20%C3%A0%2014.14.41_cd422594.jpg) ![WhatsApp Image 2025-09-15 à 14.14.40_1854fb40](https://22614527.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/22614527/hubfs/WhatsApp%20Image%202025-09-15%20%C3%A0%2014.14.40_1854fb40.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=WhatsApp%20Image%202025-09-15%20%C3%A0%2014.14.40_1854fb40.jpg) ![WhatsApp Image 2025-09-15 à 14.14.41_1b37932e](https://22614527.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/22614527/hubfs/WhatsApp%20Image%202025-09-15%20%C3%A0%2014.14.41_1b37932e.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=WhatsApp%20Image%202025-09-15%20%C3%A0%2014.14.41_1b37932e.jpg) ![WhatsApp Image 2025-09-15 à 14.14.40_a9b7be97](https://22614527.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/22614527/hubfs/WhatsApp%20Image%202025-09-15%20%C3%A0%2014.14.40_a9b7be97.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=WhatsApp%20Image%202025-09-15%20%C3%A0%2014.14.40_a9b7be97.jpg) ![Image (34)-1](https://22614527.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/22614527/hubfs/Image%20(34)-1.jpeg?width=1200&length=1200&name=Image%20(34)-1.jpeg) ![benevole2](https://22614527.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/22614527/hubfs/benevole2.png?width=1200&length=1200&name=benevole2.png) ![WhatsApp Image 2025-09-15 à 14.14.40_a1e8461b](https://22614527.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/22614527/hubfs/WhatsApp%20Image%202025-09-15%20%C3%A0%2014.14.40_a1e8461b.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=WhatsApp%20Image%202025-09-15%20%C3%A0%2014.14.40_a1e8461b.jpg) ![WhatsApp Image 2025-09-15 à 14.14.40_5c502d9b](https://22614527.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/22614527/hubfs/WhatsApp%20Image%202025-09-15%20%C3%A0%2014.14.40_5c502d9b.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=WhatsApp%20Image%202025-09-15%20%C3%A0%2014.14.40_5c502d9b.jpg) ![repas](https://22614527.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/22614527/hubfs/repas.jpg?width=1200&length=1200&name=repas.jpg) ![Exalta-54](https://22614527.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/22614527/hubfs/Exalta-54.jpeg?width=1200&length=1200&name=Exalta-54.jpeg) ![Image (30)](https://22614527.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/22614527/hubfs/Image%20(30).jpeg?width=1200&length=1200&name=Image%20(30).jpeg) This day was also an opportunity to honor our most inspiring employees: those with more than 20 years of service. A ceremony was held in the afternoon, during which Laurent Pruvost and Olivier Wolber presented each of them with a diploma and a symbolic gift. It was a powerful moment, filled with emotion and collective pride. - ![Image (17)](https://peopleblog.intech-medical.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Image%20(17).jpeg?width=4032&height=3024&name=Image%20(17).jpeg) - ![Image (16)-2](https://peopleblog.intech-medical.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Image%20(16)-2.jpeg?width=4032&height=3024&name=Image%20(16)-2.jpeg) Our employees also received their new EXALTA goodies, symbolizing this new era for the company. Everyone enjoyed this warm and welcoming day, which gave them a different perspective on the factory in a relaxed, family atmosphere. # 🤝 Family day in Châtellerault On Saturday, September 27, it was the Châtellerault site's turn to open its doors for a family morning. Our employees' loved ones were able to visit the facility, discover their working environment, and chat over coffee and small workshops showcasing our instruments and expertise. A great way to strengthen ties between teams and promote our professions, which are often unknown to the general public.  - ![GetAttachmentThumbnail](https://peopleblog.intech-medical.com/hs-fs/hubfs/GetAttachmentThumbnail.jpg?width=600&height=800&name=GetAttachmentThumbnail.jpg) - ![IMG_3231](https://peopleblog.intech-medical.com/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG_3231.jpg?width=800&height=600&name=IMG_3231.jpg) - ![IMG_3234](https://peopleblog.intech-medical.com/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG_3234.jpg?width=4032&height=3024&name=IMG_3234.jpg) - ![IMG_3248](https://peopleblog.intech-medical.com/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG_3248.jpg?width=4032&height=3024&name=IMG_3248.jpg) - ![IMG_3238](https://peopleblog.intech-medical.com/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG_3238.jpg?width=4032&height=3024&name=IMG_3238.jpg) Hover message - ![IMG_3245](https://peopleblog.intech-medical.com/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG_3245.jpg?width=4032&height=3024&name=IMG_3245.jpg) Hover message ✨ These moments of exchange and conviviality remind us how much people are at the heart of our successes.
