The deal is done!

On September 21, 2023, Lenkbar LLC will join the Intech team! This opens up new business prospects for us in the very near future, and new manufacturing processes will soon be added to our production facilities. This acquisition will enable our Group to broaden its range of cutting tools and enter the sports medicine market in particular.

The merger of Intech X Lenkbar will create a leading medical device manufacturing powerhouse that combines extensive precision machining capabilities with unique expertise in grinding and flexible shafts. Together, we look forward to advancing minimally invasive surgery, cutting tools and sports medicine.
