Celebrating women in industry!

As part of Industry Week, which runs from November 27th to December 3rd, we welcomed the IUMM (Union des Industries et Métiers de la Métallurgie) to our Rang-du-Fliers headquarters on September 6th. By coming to interview Tiphaine, who works in our erosion department, their aim is to showcase women in the world of industry, and demonstrate that it is possible for them to flourish in this sector. 

This interview will also enable younger people looking for a vocation to discover these professions, which are still often denigrated and neglected today.

At Intech, the spotlight is on Tiphaine. She tells us about her career and how proud she is to represent women in industry today.
