Back to the apprentices' integration days !

At these 4 French sites, our apprentice Intechers will meet for a day with a packed program! The morning will be taken up with presentations from various key company departments, as well as an update on the work-study program at Intech. The afternoon is then reserved for a group activity designed to strengthen the bonds between our apprentices and help them get to know each other better.

This year, the head office will be visiting all our sites to present the Group, its objectives and the testimonies of our apprentices. These days are very important to us, because apprenticeship is a career path that we value and promote. In fact, while continuing to learn at school, apprenticeships enable you to develop your skills and discover the professional world. For the 2023-2024 year, we have 44 work-study students!

Toulon 

The 2023 integration days kicked off with the Toulon edition on October 24. Our 5 work-study students from Toulon enjoyed a convivial meal and strengthened their group cohesion with an escape game.

Châtellerault 

On October 31, the second integration day for our work-study students took place in Châtellerault. Good spirits and cohesion were the order of the day! Our work-study students bonded throughout the day, particularly during the arcade games and futsal scheduled for the afternoon.

Rang-du-Fliers / Saint-Soupplets 

Rang-du-Fliers and Saint-Soupplets brought this 2023 edition to a close with a joint event held on November 2 at headquarters. Despite the storm in the Pas-de-Calais region, our work-study students were able to get to know each other and share some good times. The afternoon's program included a sort of Fort Boyard, giving them the chance to challenge each other and have fun at the same time.
